Our Role: Entrusted with this mission, our 3D and Augmented Reality department got to work. Their objective: to seamlessly blend the tangible with the digital, crafting an AR experience that would captivate and inform.

3D Design and Modeling: Our team meticulously recreated Bootia Building in a digital environment. Every corner, façade, and amenity was rendered with high precision, ensuring a true-to-life digital replica.

Augmented Reality Integration: The 3D model was then embedded into an AR application. Using a smartphone or AR glasses, users could now superimpose the Bootia Building onto any environment, allowing them to virtually “walk through” the property from anywhere in the world.

Interactive Features: Beyond passive visualization, we incorporated interactive elements. Users could toggle between day and night views, explore different floor plans, or even visualize furniture layouts within the space.
