We collect only what we need to run this website and respond to you:
- Information you give us — name, email, phone, and company details submitted through our contact, consultation, brief, or career application forms.
- Usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Cloudflare Insights).
- Voice assistant audio — if you choose to use the on-site voice assistant, your microphone audio is streamed to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. Audio is processed in real time; we do not build voice profiles.
- Career interviews — if you apply for a role, your application answers and interview responses may be processed with AI tools to assist (not replace) human review.
2. How we use it
To respond to your enquiries, deliver services you request, improve the website, and understand which content is useful. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed above that we use to operate this site.
3. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
4. Data retention & security
Form submissions are stored on our own infrastructure in the EU and kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were submitted for. We apply industry-standard security measures, but no online transmission is ever 100% secure.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
