Sadraa co partnered with HiT Land to revolutionize their architectural presentation methods for the Mahab project. Our 3D and Augmented Reality department worked to transform static building designs into interactive digital experiences. By leveraging high-fidelity 3D modeling and custom AR software, we provided a platform where stakeholders could explore structural details with unprecedented clarity.

Diagnosing the friction points.
The primary challenge was the limitation of traditional 2D blueprints and static renders in conveying the true scale and spatial flow of the Mahab building project. Sadraa co needed a solution that would allow clients to visualize the finished structure in a real-world environment, facilitating better decision-making and more effective sales presentations.
Engineering the solution.
HiT Land developed a comprehensive AR application tailored for the construction sector. We began by creating detailed 3D models of the building, ensuring every architectural nuance was captured. This data was then integrated into an AR interface, allowing users to project a 1:1 or scaled digital twin of the building onto any physical location using mobile devices, enabling interactive walkthroughs and structural analysis.
