OVERVIEW
HiT Land’s 3D and Virtual Reality department collaborated with Maskan Jonoub co to bring the Setareh Ordibehesht building project to life. By utilizing advanced 3D modeling and architectural visualization techniques, we created a detailed digital representation of the structure. The project focused on providing a realistic preview of the architectural elements, ensuring that stakeholders could visualize the final outcome before construction began. This presentation tool was designed to bridge the gap between technical blueprints and the final physical reality. By integrating immersive technology, we allowed the client to showcase the project's spatial qualities and design aesthetics in a way that traditional media could not match.

Diagnosing the friction points.
Maskan Jonoub needed a way to present the Setareh Ordibehesht project to investors and potential buyers in a way that static 2D blueprints couldn't achieve. They required an immersive experience that would allow users to explore the space, understand the scale, and appreciate the design nuances of the building in a virtual environment to facilitate pre-construction sales.
Engineering the solution.
Our team developed a high-fidelity 3D model and integrated it into a VR simulation. This allowed for a virtual walkthrough of the building, providing an interactive presentation tool. We focused on realistic lighting, textures, and spatial accuracy to ensure the VR experience was as close to reality as possible, facilitating better decision-making and marketing.
