OVERVIEW
Maskan Jonoub co commissioned HiT Land to create a cutting-edge presentation for their Setare Shahrivar building project. The objective was to provide a realistic and immersive experience that would allow stakeholders to visualize the final structure long before the first brick was laid. Our 3D and Virtual Reality department focused on high-fidelity modeling to ensure every architectural nuance was captured. The project involved translating complex architectural blueprints into a navigable digital space. By integrating VR technology, we moved beyond static images, offering a dynamic environment where users could experience the scale, lighting, and materiality of the design in real-time.

Diagnosing the friction points.
The main challenge lay in effectively communicating the spatial value and premium quality of the Setare Shahrivar development to investors and buyers. Standard architectural renders often lack the depth required to truly understand the flow of a building, making it difficult for the client to secure early-stage buy-in and finalize design choices without physical prototypes.
Engineering the solution.
HiT Land's solution was to build a comprehensive VR simulation alongside high-end 3D modeling. We utilized advanced rendering engines to simulate natural lighting and realistic textures, creating a virtual walkthrough that mirrored the intended final construction. This interactive approach allowed the client to present the building in a way that was both technologically impressive and emotionally resonant.
