Diagnosing the friction points.
The primary obstacle was the difficulty of conveying the scale and premium feel of the Setare Kish building through traditional 2D renders. Maskan Jonoub needed a solution that could provide an emotional and spatial connection to the property, ensuring that prospective buyers could fully visualize their future investment and the unique architectural features of the site.
Engineering the solution.
Our 3D and Virtual Reality department developed a high-fidelity VR simulation and comprehensive 3D models. By utilizing advanced rendering techniques and interactive VR technology, we enabled users to navigate the building's interior and exterior, providing a realistic sense of depth, lighting, and material finishes that static images simply cannot match.
